Russia's total export volume ranks first in the industry.

Approved by China Aerospace.

2018

The company invested20.15 billion to build a modern and intelligent production base of 80,000 square meters. After completion, the annual production capacity will reach 20,000 tons.

2019

The total export volume ranks fourth in the industry.

2020

The new plant is fully put into production, and the release of the production capacity of EB furnace, VAR furnace, 8000T forging press and KOCKS rolling mill will provide customers with more advantageous products and services.

Founded in 2007, Shaanxi TianCheng Aerospace Co., Ltd. (TCAE) is a high-tech enterprise specialized in the production and research of titanium alloy materials. With more than 100 patents and achievements to its credit, TCAE understands the importance of high technical strength within titanium materials.
We have a number of industry-leading technologies, permitting the manufacture of large unit-weight titanium rod coils for aviation fasteners, titanium bars with ultra-fine grain for engine blades, and large size homogeneous bars and forgings, which have made several key breakthroughs for aerospace materials. TC Aerospace is accredited with Nadcap non-destructive testing certificate、Nadcap Heat Treating and AS9100D、ISO13485、ISO14001、ISO45001 and other certifications, aiming to make progress in the titanium high end market.
