2007

Xianyang TianCheng Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. (TC Titanium) was founded.

2008

The first titanium ingot was produced.

2015

Cumulative production over 10,000 tons.

2016—2017

▪Participated in R&D of new aero engine and passed the acceptance. ▪Approved by China Aerospace Enterprises.

2018

Company name changed to TC AEROSPACE (TCAE); Technical innovation and expansion project and newly expanded production capacity of 20,000 tons.

2020

The new plant is fully integrated into production. “EBCHM+VAR” melting is fully formed. First titanium bar and wire rolling line for aerospace use in China is completed and the first titanium alloy rod coil up to 200kg for aircraft fastener use is produced.

2021

The world's largest special alloy bar production line is completed.

2022

The largest 100MN Rapid Forging Press in the titanium industry in operation, fulfilling the demands of oversized titanium alloy forgings.

Founded in 2007, Shaanxi TianCheng Aerospace Co., Ltd. (TCAE) is a high-tech enterprise specialized in the production and research of titanium alloy materials. With more than 200 patents and achievements to its credit, TCAE understands the importance of high technical strength within titanium materials.
We have a number of industry-leading technologies, permitting the manufacture of large unit-weight titanium rod coils for aviation fasteners, titanium bars with ultra-fine grain for engine blades, and large size homogeneous bars and forgings, which have made several key breakthroughs for aerospace materials. TC Aerospace is accredited with Nadcap non-destructive testing certificate、Nadcap Heat Treating and AS9100D、ISO13485、ISO14001、ISO45001 and other certifications, aiming to make progress in the titanium high end market.
