TCAE has the world’s leading 10000t SMS free forging press and 2500t fast forging press which can fully crush the β grains to achieve higher quality and better internal structures. The annual forging capacity will reach 8,000 tons.

  • All products must strictly pass the inspection of dimensions, tolerances, surface, metallographic structure, mechanical properties and any industry specifications required by customers before being shipped out of the warehouse.

Bigger than bigger | Tiancheng Aviation Materials successfully delivered ultra-long high-strength thin-walled titanium cylinders for nuclear power

Recently, Shaanxi Tiancheng Aviation Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tiancheng Aviation Materials”) broke through the production problem of large-sized cylinder forgings and successfully delivered a titanium alloy cylinder forging with a length of more than 8 meters and a net weight of more than 3000Kg for nuclear power. The titanium barrel adopts a brand-new process design, and the wall thickness is only 35mm. It is currently the largest high-strength thin-walled titanium alloy barrel forging in China.
